Privacy Policy
Pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of Personal Data of physical persons, which substitutes Directive 95746/EC, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Webuild S.p.A. (hereinafter the “Company”), headquartered in Centro Direzionale Milanofiori Strada 6 Palazzo L, 20089 Rozzano (Milan), Italy, as Data Controller, must inform You of how it will use your Personal Data (as hereinafter defined) and of the rights that you are entitled to according to the GDPR.
1. Personal data categories
The Company, for the “Brand Builders” project, will collect, process and use the following types pf personal data categories that concern you (Personal Data):
- Your name and email address;
- Your LinkedIn profile, your Instagram profile and/or your Facebook profile
- Your avatar and pictures uploaded in the community area.
2. Purpose of data processing
The Company processes your Personal Data for the Brand Builders project, to provide you with informative material concerning the Company through a specific online platform, and to allow you to share this material through your social media profiles.
3. Lawful base of Data Processing
The Company relies on the following lawful basis to collect, process and use Your Personal Data:
- explicit consent;
- personal data that You made public.
4. What happens if I do not communicate the required data?
You must provide your Personal Data, for the required purposes, to participate in the “Brand Builders” project. Should you not provide us with Your personal data, this will not impact your work contract in any way, of course, but it will not allow you to participate in the Company’s “Brand Builders” project.
5. Data subject categories
The Company can transfer your Personal Data to Data Processors: The Company may use third party services to carry out technical and organizational ones for purposes connected to data processing (“Data Processors”). The Data Processors only receive the information that is necessary to provide the services that they carry out. They always act according to the Company’s guidelines and are subject to contractual obligations regarding the technical and organizational measures that they must adopt to safeguard Your Personal Data.
Persons authorized to process data may also have access to your Personal Data. Access is always limited to people that need to have access to such data to carry out their work. Your Personal Data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
6. How long will you keep my data?
All Personal Data is processed through electronic, computer-based and manual means, and is kept by the Company and/or by its service suppliers, only as necessary, to meet our obligations, and only for the amount of time needed to accomplish the task for which the data was collected, pursuant to applicable laws concerning personal data protection. Your Personal Data, such as your name and surname, will be kept for the entire duration of the work contract; the data concerning your posts on your social media profiles will be kept for assessment purposes for 12 months.
7. Your Rights
Please note that you can exercise the rights recognized by articles 15 (and subsequent ones) of the GDPR: i.e. the right to access your data, to modify it, to cancel it, to limit how it is processed and used, the right to data portability, and the right to oppose its use. You have also the right to lodge a complaint to the Supervisory Authority (Personal Data Protection Authority).
