Profilo

You can manage your personal information in the ‘profile’ section, by clicking on the small gear at the top right corner of the first box.

To change your profile picture, go to the ‘profile’ section, At the top right corner of the first box, click on the gear and upload your profile picture using the ‘upload’ button.

If you want to change or update the connection to your social account, just click here and reconnect with the new one. If you want to reconnect Facebook, click here.

If you want to amend your login credentials, just go to the ‘profile’ section, then click on the small gear at the top right corner of the first box, and change your email address and password. Don’t forget to save the changes by clicking on the ‘save’ button.

Brand Builders Support Team

You can contact the Support Team from the ‘inbox’ section of the dashboard (envelope icon on the main menu). You can also find a “contact the Support Team” button at the bottom of the “profile” section. You just need to click the button to open a pop-up form to fill in to contact the Support Team.

An upload button will also be available to share screenshots, in case there are issues you want support for. Using the same ‘upload’ button, you will also be able to share photos that could be published on the dashboard.

You are also kindly asked to use the contact form to share any requests or negative comments related to Webuild that you received in your posts, with the Support Team.

The Support Team can help you if you experience any issues with the dashboard (content sharing, personal info, technical problems, etc.), and if you have any doubts in the following cases:

  • negative comments received in a shared post
  • requests received in a shared post
  • any comments or requests related to Webuild, received on your social channels

Brand Builders Support Team

Every content you will find on the dashboard is ready to be shared on your social networks, making sure it complies with the company’s communication guidelines and netiquette.

You can browse the content on the dashboard by typing keywords in the search bar you can find on the dashboard’s homepage. You can also sort the contents using the “availability” filter provided on the homepage, to display the contents with the closest “expiry date” first.

You can share all the content on the dashboard that contains the LinkedIn logo in the upper right corner to your LinkedIn profile. To share content, just click on the ‘share’ button.

Another window will appear, through which you can edit and customize the copy of the post and/or share it straight away with the provided copy. Should you want to edit the copy, please pay attention to what you write as what your write must comply with the company’s netiquette and communications guidelines. You can customize the copy of the post considering your audience, accompanying the content with words and a tone of voice appropriate for your network. Moreover, never forget that the #Webuild  hashtag (#LaneBrandBuilders for Lane’s Advocates) must always be included.

Should highly sensitive content be present, the copy’s “edit mode” will not work. You can share the content only with the copy provided on the dashboard.

To share the post, click on the ‘share’ button. A pop-up message will inform you that the content has been successfully shared, inviting you to click on the ‘watch your share’ button, to be immediately redirected to your LinkedIn account.

You can share all the content that contains the Facebook logo in the upper right corner of the mission published in dashboard. To share content, just click on the ‘share’ button.

Another window will appear, where you can figure out some suggestions for your Facebook share:

• Click the button “SHARE CONTENT ON FACEBOOK” to copy the text and paste it on the Facebook pop-up window, customize it, or just write it from scratch

• When you are going to publish your share, please remind to set the post’s audience as “Public”

• With this share on Facebook, you will earn 2 points!

You can customize the copy of the post considering your audience, accompanying the content with words and a tone of voice appropriate for your network. Moreover, never forget that the #Webuild hashtag (#LaneBrandBuilders for Lane’s Advocates) must always be included.

Finally, to share the post, click on the ‘share’ button. A pop-up message will inform you that the content has been successfully shared, inviting you to click on the ‘watch your share’ button, to be immediately redirected to your Facebook account.

To support you in sharing up-to-date content with your professional network, all posts you will find on the dashboard will be available for a limited time period, after which they will no longer be visible on the wall.

Furthermore, all contents will be available for a maximum number of shares, as shown by the counter under each post, to avoid Brand Builders posting the same contents excessively.

Should you experience issues sharing content to your LinkedIn/Facebook profile, please make sure you’ve followed all the steps as outlined in the above question ‘How can I share content to my LinkedIn/Facebook profile?’. If you still have problems, you can contact the Support Team, by using the Support Team form.

First, try to search for it by using the search bar on the homepage’s wall. If you don’t get any results, it is very likely that the content is no longer available. According to a dedicated editorial plan, new and updated content will be available on the dashboard daily, ito always provide you with fresh new posts.

There are no limits to the number of posts you can share.

We ask you to share only the content that you find on the dashboard, by always including the #Webuild hashtag (#LaneBrandBuilders for Lane’s Advocates), to let your network be aware that the posts are part of the Brand Builders program.

All content has been provided after careful selection, to comply with the Company’s policy and netiquette, but you can also share any other content you find appropriate and relevant using the official hashtag.

Brand Builders are always encouraged to share interesting content with other Brand Builders. If you want to send us any suggestions, you can do so by using the Support Team contact form.

Missions

You are the only one able to check your points and badges on your personal Profile page, as well as the ranking position. Other Brand Builders cannot have access to it.

Every time you accomplish a “mission” within the Brand Builders dashboard (sharing a post, answering a poll, watching a video, etc.) you will get one or more points. By getting more and more points, you can reach higher levels and unlock your badges!

You can always check the current point status and ranking in the ‘Profile’ section.

Unlock new badges by connecting your Facebook profile, adding your profile URL and sharing content on Facebook, you can unlock the related badges.

Moreover, when unlocking the BRAVE, EXPERT and CONQUEROR badges – all marked with the icon of a trophy – you’ll win special rewards.

The Brand Builders team will be promptly notified and will contact you to plan the reward release.

During the year, you may find special challenges pinned at the top of the dashboard’s feed, thanks to which you can reach new goals and unlock rewards by doing specific actions or achieving specific activity results.

Behavioural Rules

If you get any negative comments to posts – regarding the company or related topics – you shared on your personal social channel, let the Brand Builders Support Team be aware about them, by sending an email, using the contact form. A comment can be misunderstood and give life to useless and unpleasant discussions: we suggest not replying to these comments, but wait for further instructions from the Support Team.

If you get any positive comments to posts you shared, just act as you are used to and do what makes you comfortable.

In case of very positive comments, please feel free to share them with Brand Builders Team via the contact form. We are always happy to collect feedback!

You may receive requests or questions of various nature under the posts you share with your network. Please, notify the Support Team via the contact form, so that it can suggest to you what is the best way to behave.
